Lexington Habitat Bids 4 Builds Online Auction
Lexington Habitat for Humanity is hosting the 3rd Annual
Bids 4 Builds Online Auction from 12:01 a.m. EST on November 23 and closing at 8:00 p.m. EST on December 2, 2012. This project is proudly engineered by Lexington Habitat’s Ambassador Program as an alternative way to shop for loved ones during the holidays while supporting Habitat at the same time.
100% of the proceeds from this event benefit Lexington Habitat and our mission of providing simple, decent, affordable housing for low-income families. To date more than 360 families in Lexington and 300 families in countries around the world are first time homeowners thanks to the generous support of our community.
This 10-day online auction will culminate in a
Holiday Open House at the ReStore on Saturday, December 8th from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. During this party, winning bidders can drop in and pick up their purchases and check out fabulous deals in home improvement merchandise at the ReStore (located at 451 Southland Drive, Lexington, KY 40503). Other arrangements can be made to pay for, and for collection of your winning item, if you are unable to attend the open house. Winning bidders will be contacted with instructions on how to pay for and collect their item(s) (we are unable to ship items other than gift cards for out of town buyers).
Thank you and happy bidding!
